Terms of Sale

Shipping: U.S. media rate shipping charges are $4.00 for the 1st book, $1.50 each additional. Priority Mail, Large books or multi book orders, insurance calculated at time of sale. Overseas rate is $14.00 Priority Rate, much more for larger books (USPS rate increases as of 2007).
Photos available of books and items upon request. Quality waterproof packing and shipping will take place the next day following receipt of payment. If you are ordering direct, you have several payment options:
We ship daily using the United States Post Office. All books valued over $20.00 are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation tracking number which will be emailed to you when we ship. All books over $50.00 will be shipped with a Signature Confirmation tracking number, which requires a signature from the customer. This is done to protect your valuable book purchase. Insurance is issued upon request.
We will accept returns for any reason for ten days. The full cost of the original order (book price + shipping) will be refunded. If you are returning a book because of our mistake (wrong title, unexpected damage, etc) you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refund will be issued upon receipt of book. Customer may use their discretion in return shipping methods i.e. using the least expensive shipping method. If you have any questions about a potential return, please email or call first. We pride ourselves on our high percentage feedback and fulfillment rates; we will strive to make sure you a satisfied customer.

- Email us. We can create a special secure ordering form for you to pay online, or you can separate credit card information into two email messages.
- Send us a check or money order. If you decide to pay via this method, please call or email so we can hold your book for you.
